There are people dying because they don’t have enough to eat, or drink, or anywhere to live. There are kids who grow up never knowing their parents because they were killed in a war for freedom. Some adults live their entire lives illiterate because no one taught them to read. Women are sold into slavery so their families can have food on their tables.
